FIRST STEP
You've decided to purchase a Website Design Package. GREAT! Now we need to know what level package you need. All of our packages have been customized to accommodate the standard level of users we have encountered over the years. Though they may not be a "perfect" fit in all cases, they are certainly a great start. Choose one which most closely matches your needs today. We will be able to accommodate special needs in subsequent steps.
Many folks try to imagine what they might need a few years down the road when determining what size package to purchase. This is unnecessary. Look at your website as a product that will grow along with you, slowly... and in specific time frames. You can look at your first website as "Phase One." This is the best way to determine what you should purchase now. All packages can be accompanied by Full Service Maintenance Packages that allow for growth in every package level. Then, when you are ready to make the BIG move to "Phase Two," YourSpaceOnline.com will be here to guide you along the way.
Ok, You have picked which Website Design Package will accommodate your needs today, but you are not quite sure yet which Design you want. DON'T WORRY. You can complete Step One of the order process with the Design you are most strongly considering. If you change your design preference, you still have PLENTY OF TIME and OPPORTUNITIES to change your design, WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE.
You can change your order up to the point that work is started at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. And, NO work is started until 100% content is received. So, if you are still indecisive at this point about design, but know you want a website, RELAX. Remember, this is YourSpaceOnline.
All you need for part one of the order process is a Design Number and a Package Size. If you have both, then GO ORDER. Give us your name and contact information, select the Website Design Package and style, and choose payment method.
STEP TWO
If you are paying by credit card, click on the SUBMIT button. You will have a chance to review the information you submitted before payment. If all is correct, click on Buy Now and you will be taken to PayPal -- A SECURE THIRD PARTY SITE that will accept your credit card information for this order. Once you submit your credit information to PayPal, PayPal will send us a confirmation email that your payment was received, will send you an email receipt for your payment and will bring your browser back to YourSpaceOnline.
If you are paying by check or money order, click on the Check/M.O. button to print the order form. You will be redirected to a page with snail-mail address information. Please be sure to make all checks or Money Orders out to "YourSpaceOnline - Lucille Design." Once we receive your order form in the mail, you will receive an email instructing you as to the next steps in the process. (Please allow five days before calling or emailing us if you use the Postal Service).
