All WebSite Maintenance Packages include:
- Monthly website accuracy checks that include the verification of all internal and external links. You will be informed if there are any errors, and the link will be disabled until you supply us with the new information or decide to delete the link. This check insures the accuracy of your site, thereby making sure that visitors to your website will NOT encounter 404-error notices.
- Changes to dates, contacts, graphics, and images as well as minor additions or deletions to the contents as is necessary. The amount of these edits varies according to your choice of WebSite Maintenance Package. Remember, all billing is done in 15 minute increments, so submitting all your edits at the same time is your most economical option.
- Annual search engine assessment is included in annual contracts. A Search Engine Assessment includes the replacement of keywords and meta tags as necessary and the subsequent re-submission to the top free search engines. It is suggested that an analysis of your annual website statistics be done to determine the need for any meta tag changes.)

The Basic Package is geared toward smaller, more static sites that require only occasional updates and minor edits. This package includes our standard monthly website check and annual search engine assessment. Also included:
- For websites up to 10 pages: $20/mo. (includes up to 30 minutes of editing)
- For websites between 11 and 20 pages: $35/mo. (includes up to 45 minutes of editing)
- For websites between 21 and 40 pages: $50/mo. (includes up to 1 hour of editing)
BUSINESS PACKAGE: $100 per month
This WebSite Maintenance Package includes our standard monthly website check and annual search engine assessment, as well as one hour of website updates and up to one hour of programming, consulting or other site development services, OR two hours of updates and additions.
PREMIUM PACKAGE: $200 per month - can include changes to existing shopping cart
This WebSite Maintenance Package includes our standard monthly website check and annual search engine assessment, as well as two hours of programming or update maintenance hours. Includes the addition of up to two (2) new pages per month as specified by the client; all content for these additional pages must be able to be completed withing the "two hour" monthly allotment given to this Package. Upon receipt of client's material for expansion, YourSpaceOnline.com will provide client with a time estimate for the requested expansion. Client may combine no more than two months of maintenance hours to accommodate any updates. Unused hours will NOT be carried over from month to month. The Premium Package includes a 5% discount on ALL hourly rates for surplus hours needed for changes.
E-COMMERCE PACKAGE: $400 per month - can include changes to existing shopping cart
This WebSite Maintenance Package includes our standard monthly website check and annual search engine assessment, as well as four hours of programming or update maintenance hours. Includes the addition of up to three (3) new pages per month as specified by the client; all content for these additional pages must be able to be completed withing the "four hour" monthly allotment given to this package. Upon receipt of client's material for expansion, YourSpaceOnline.com will provide client with a time estimate for the requested expansion. Client may combine no more than two months of maintenance hours to accommodate any updates. Unused hours will NOT be carried over from month to month. The E-commerce Package includes a 10% discount on ALL hourly rates for surplus hours needed for changes.
Please note, redesigning your website, customizing your WebSite Package Design, or upgrading to a more extensive WebSite Design Package are NOT considered website maintenance.
