YourSpaceOnline.com WebSite Packages include a professionally-built, cross-browser compatible, complete website chosen by you and professionally built by our staff. Our WebSite Packages are complete websites that will be delivered to you fully-functioning and ready for the world to see and use.

2. How do your WebSite Packages differ from the website templates I see for purchase on the Web?
YourSpaceOnline.com WebSite Packages are created with pure, professionally hand-coded, fully compliant, cross-browser compatible HTML. As the saying goes, You get what you pay for. Website templates are inexpensive because they are cheap to produce. Website templates generally are created with "WYSIWYG" (What You See Is What You Get) programs which lead to cross-browser incompatibility issues and give your site an unprofessional appearance.
Templates are mass-produced and mass-marketed. Each template is sold again and again, hundreds-- or even thousands-- of times which means there are thousands of sites out there that look exactly the same as yours. Each YourSpaceOnline.com WebSite Package is a limited edition. We sell only a limited number of each WebSite Design Package, and then that design is retired for good. For a minimum additional fee, you may decide to purchase one of our WebSite Designs for your sole and exclusive use thereby ensuring that your website design is one-of-a-kind; in essence, we break the mold. You will get a unique website design for a fraction of the cost of hiring your own web designer.
YourSpaceOnline.com gives you more flexibility in the appearance of your website than you would have with the purchase of a template. YourSpaceOnline.com allows you to choose your color scheme, your graphics, and your font colors and styles, thereby giving you control of many aspects of your website's appearance. 4. How do I pay?
YourSpaceOnline.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal.com. Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Personal Checks may be sent to the address at the bottom of this page. Personal Checks will be held until cleared before work begins.

5. How do I send you my "web-ready" content, graphics and logo?
There are three different methods by which you can send us your "web-ready" content, graphics and logo:
- Email it to us in a compressed format
- Send it to us on a floppy disk, CD-ROM or ZIP disk
- Upload it to your server and provide us with the information to retrieve it

6. What is a "web-ready graphic"?
A "web-ready" graphic is a file that ends in the extension .jpg or .gif. A "web-ready" graphic is an image that has been cropped and sized to your specifications. "Web-ready" means that it has been compressed for optimal download time on your site.

7. My graphics are not web-ready.
YourSpaceOnline.com will scan, optimize, crop, size and/or adjust your graphics and photos for an additional charge of $10 and up per included graphic, $15 and up for each non-web-ready graphic beyond the allowed amount. 8. Do I need to have a graphic on each page of my website?
Absolutely not. Your WebSite Package comes with the option to include a specified number of graphics. The placement of your graphics is up to you. We recommend using graphics to add a personal touch to YourSpaceOnline, but you may choose to simply have text.

9. Does my logo count as one of my graphics?
No. Your logo may appear on each and every page of your site. Your logo is included in your WebSite Package, and does not count towards your graphics' limit.

10. What is "web-ready content"?
Web-ready content is a complete, edited text file that generally ends in the extension .doc (such as an MSWord document) or .rtf. (Rich Text Format). A "web-ready" content file contains every word of text that you want on your website and includes how you want your text presented such as bold and italic. Links need also be identified. If your file will not accommodate layout, you may draft your desired layout and fax it to us at the fax number below.

11. My content is not web-ready.
Is your "website" just a file folder or shoebox of clippings, company newsletters, and loose photographs languishing in a drawer? Does your text need the attention of a professional writer or editor for punch or precision? Our writers and editors can organize all the bits and pieces into a cohesive and coherent web presentation at a rate of $60/hour. 17. I would like to purchase one of your Packages, but I need some special modifications.
Our designers and developers are available at a rate of $75 per hour. Our programmers are available at a rate of $100 per hour. All time is charged in 15 minute increments. Contact Us for an estimate.

Yes. Additional pages may be added for $100 per page. Each additional page includes the use of your logo as seen on your other pages and ONE graphic. Additional "web-ready" graphics may be added to your existing website for $5 per "web-ready" graphic.

20. I want to own the design of my WebSite?
For an additional $100, you may purchase sole ownership of and exclusive rights to any of our WebSite Package Designs. Your purchase of an Exclusive Edition WebSite Package ensures that no one else will have the same design as you; in essence, you have a one-of-a-kind site, a unique look that becomes your online presence. Contact Us if you are interested in purchasing a WebSite Package Design for your exclusive use, and we let you know if your desired package design has been purchased by another client or if it is available for your sole ownership.

21. I don't have a domain name yet. Can I get one?
YourSpaceOnline.com will check the availability of your desired domain name, and purchase and register the domain name if it is available for an additional charge of $18 per year (two year minimum).

22. I don't have a server yet.
YourSpaceOnline.com offers affordable, quality web hosting starting as low as $20 per month. We will find the plan that best accomodates your individual needs.
23. Once I have my WebSite, how will people find me on the Web?
As part of your WebSite Package, YourSpaceOnline.com will include Meta Tags for your website and register your site with the major free search engines. We will also maintain a link to your site in our "future" YourSpaceOnline.com Family Page.

24. Am I required to credit YourSpaceOnline.com?

25. How soon will I receive my completed website?
Our work on your website will begin upon receipt of: verified payment in full and 100% of your "web-ready" content. Your website will be completed within three (3) business days

26. What if I decide I prefer one of your other WebSite Packages?
You may upgrade to a more extensive WebSite Design Package at any time. This request for change must be made within the FIRST 24 hours of work on your site for there to be NO additional charges other than the difference in cost between your current WebSite Package and the new WebSite Package. Additional monies must be paid in full before we can commence working on the site. Upgrades or changes requested after the initial 24 hour period, design and/or content changes, will be billed at our hourly design and development rate of $75 per hour. Time is charged in 15 minute increments.

27. May I get a refund or exchange?
Due to the customized nature of our work and our quick turnaround time, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once we have received your website content. A full refund (less a 15% processing fee on credit card payments) is available within 48 hours of payment but before content is received. Once content has been received, work has begun on your site. We are UNABLE to make refunds once work has begun.
